RRC was established in 2003 and provides Local Authorities and other statutory and non statutory health and social care providers including voluntary sector and charitable organisations in the Yorkshire and Humber region with a range of independent management support services. These include formal statutory complaint investigations, management investigations, mediation services, independent assessments, secure accommodation reviews, inspection and monitoring services including development of strategic performance management and quality assurance solutions. To date RRC has received and completed in excess of 850 referrals comprising of complaint investigations, mediation, independent assessments, secure accommodation criteria reviews, independent management investigations, independent inspections and practice teaching.
