RRC is a straightforward, uncomplicated, needs led organisation identifying and providing curated independent social care professionals to assist Local Authorities, Charities and Voluntary organisations in fulfilling their statutory and other responsibilities in areas such as complaint investigations, reviewing children in secure accommodation or in providing independent managements support around service delivery, review / evaluation and development.
Experienced and Qualified
RRC is a consortium of experienced social care professionals (freelance associates) from a range of health and social care backgrounds all with a range of academic and professional qualifications relating to health and social care. Most have decades of practice, management and social care service review development experience.
Diversity
All RRC core services are provided by social care professional that have clear enhanced DBS checks and are fully vetted and insured. They are part of an ethnically diverse group with a good gender balance and excellent skill sets.
Expertise
Expertise amongst RRC’s social care professionals covers many aspects of health and social care in service areas such safeguarding (adults and children), looked after children, disabilities, learning disabilities, adult and children’s support services, mental health, leaving care, fostering and adoption, community support and many others.

RRC has comprehensive policies and procedures covering the services provided including simple user friendly administration protocols and fully secure and encrypted document / data storage facilities allowing online collaboration with Local Authorities and other organisations.
